Sales Origination Associate

Enertiv is looking for a hungry sales person with 1 year of experience selling complex solutions in the B2B marketplace. This individual will work directly with the CEO and an existing sales associate to hit the ground running and generate new, exciting business opportunities. The phone is your best friend – if you are skilled at inside sales, this is right up your alley. The sales person will actively work to book as many calls and meetings as possible, supporting the existing sales team. This is a chance to be the voice of an award-winning product and play an integral part in building our business!

Job Description:

  • Maintain a consistent sales pipeline from inbound & outbound leads
  • Continuously source and qualify leads
  • 40 cold calls per day with a goal of 4-5 meetings (online or in person) per week
  • Travel with sales team to industry conferences
  • Stay current with industry trends and new market developments
  • Support from marketing and business development team
  • Generous commission

Requirements:

  • Independent, self-motivated individual with ability to learn extremely fast
  • You are highly motivated to succeed and you are ruthlessly persistent
  • 1+ years sales experience selling
  • Able to work long hours
  • Comfortable in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to step up and suggest process improvements
  • Experience presenting to C level execs via phone
