By collecting more than 500 data points at one-minute intervals, primarily across HVAC and boiler systems, Enertiv’s intelligence identified and enabled the implementation of energy optimization measures, resulting in $195,000 per year in verified energy savings.

The Challenge

  • The company needed to formalize a utility data collection process across its whole portfolio to meet investor reporting requirements and comply with building performance standards.
